Requests of cancellations or refunds of products purchased on our website must be sent to email@example.com within a maximum period of 15 days after the purchase is made.
Returned products, to be refunded or exchanged, must be in the same condition in which they were sent, undamaged and sealed in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a product different from the one you have requested or if it is damaged, the value of the product will be refunded and the product collected at the delivery address. You can also ask for the replacement of the product, not requesting a refund.
