bioethic

we are all responsible for the current climate crisis.

Our efforts and commitment to environmental and social responsibility are urgent and sustainability must be integrated into our lives as soon as possible. To understand how we got to this point of destruction of life and biodiversity, of plastic pollution scattered and growing in all corners of the planet, it is urgent to train, inform and find solutions together.

what can we do to try to reverse this situation?

What alternatives are there to single-use plastic in the catering area, for example, until reusing 100% becomes a reality?

Targeting at the global objective defined in the Paris Agreement, which aims to limit global warming to 1.5ºC, on November 1, 2021, the European Union set in motion the Directive (EU) 2019/904, which obliges its member states to prevent and gradually reduce single use plastic.

However, this legislation alone will not solve the global crisis we are going through. Training and environmental education are fundamental to achieve the established goals and, within our business area - biodegradable and compostable tableware - we are available to contribute to a change in mentality.

In addition to the moral responsibility, which is essential to share, we want to help and collaborate with other businesses in the transition to a circular economy and to a more sustainable and plastic-free future.

Training raises awareness about the harms of single-use plastic and the benefits of its alternatives. The cumulative impact of training on individual actions is significant and beneficial to everyone.

bioethic facilitates classroom training sessions targeting different school years and we are available to design training sessions tailored to your company, project, or event.
